Initiate Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Package
Place the items in their original shipping box or similar protective packaging, ensuring all hangtags and internal protective fillers are included.
Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.
Refunding
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
